Our founder and heart and soul, Shelly is a multi-talented musician who can play any instrument on the stage and can sing with a soulful, polished voice while doing so. From Des'ree to Melissa Etheridge to Lady GaGa, Linda Ronstadt, and Whitney Houston, She can sing just about anything.
A veteran of the Auburn/Lewiston music scene, Shelly was recently featured in an article in LA Metro Magazine! When not playing with Goff Hill Rundown Shelly can be found at various local open mics and playing solo at favorite hangouts and restaurants.
Our front-man and lead vocalist, Tony brings a wealth of experience and stage presence to our performances. Always entertaining, Tony's vocals lead the way on covers of Tom Petty, Maroon 5, Chuck Berry, Bob Marley, the Proclaimers, and many others! Often part of Goff Hill Rundown's signature three-part-harmonies, Tony's voice brings smoothness and soul to our renditions.
A fantastically versatile musician, Aviv's cello playing lends a wonderful soulfulness to our songs, and his performances are not to be missed! He brings his unique abilities to a diverse variety of songs, from Lady Gaga's Shallow to Bob Marley's Three Little Birds to the Des'ree hit You Gotta Be, and a little bit of everything in between. When not sitting in with Goff Hill Rundown, Aviv can be found playing with several other groups on both Cello and Bass, and spending time with his dog Wynton.
A solid and expressive drummer, Mike Vail adds a unique flair to the rhythm section that makes Goff Hill Rundown an engaging and distinct act. A true artist, Mike's beats and fills are the foundation upon which the group's music is built, and his steadiness and creativity are on display on every song. When not playing with Goff Hill Rundown, Mike can be found playing drums for Secondhand Clams and the Hailing Tides.
A veteran guitarist and multi-instrumentalist, Randy brings a steady flow and fun grooves with his playing, and solid chops set the feel of many of the group's classic song list. Solid leads, entertaining style, and great tones add a fun and engaging edge to the group's music. When not playing with Goff Hill Rundown Randy can be found playing alongside Shelly Coombs as a duo, and as a contributor at various open mics around the area.
A bass master with countless shows and bands in his list of accomplishments, Darren brings solid feel and incredible chops to our songs. A fan favorite, Darren takes lead on a few favorites and brings his unique love of bass to every gig, every time. When not playing with Goff Hill Rundown, Darren can be found filling in on bass for various local acts and brewing up some amazing beer as the brewmaster for Lost Valley Brewing Company.
What band is complete without some killer horns? Bill's saxophone playing brings a unique style and capability to the band that makes for unique and very engaging shows! Featured on favorites like "Who can it be now" and "Straight up", Bill never disappoints and always brings his A game! When not playing with Goff hill Rundown Bill can be found leading the EL High School band and teaching our youth the magic of music!
Since our very first show at the Lone Pine concert series at Lost Valley, Auburn Maine in summer of 2023, Goff Hill Rundown has invited other local musicians to share the stage with us, bringing even more diversity to our performances and making for some truly magical moments!
A wonderful singer with a powerful, dynamic voice, Kerry joins us on some classics by Tracy Chapman, the Indigo Girls and Melissa Etheridge, and has brought her own pop country favorites for us all to play as well. Her renditions are not to be missed! When not sharing the stage with us, Kerry can be found playing solo acoustic shows at local establishments.
A talented jazz trumpeter, Henry is a joy to have on stage and a fan favorite! He brings a great energy to his playing and joins us for renditions of Stevie Wonder's Superstition, September by Earth Wind and Fire, and the Paula Abdul favorite Straight Up! Henry has a promising musical career in front of him and we appreciate his unique contributions to our performances.
A fantastic instrumentalist with the ability to play lead over almost anything, Uriah Carver adds panache and sizzling solos to our more guitar-centric offerings. Uriah was a founding member and the original lead guitarist for Goff Hill Rundown. and can now be found playing lead guitar as part of Chase Jobe and the Runnin' Kind and performing solo at local establishments throughout the area.
